The Delmonte is completely re-envisioned as an amenity packed apartment community with complimentary Starbucks coffee, a WineStation, and smart video intercom entry with resident app. The first floor includes a 24/7 fitness center, business center with conference and print capabilities, unlimited laundry lounge, access controlled package lockers, bike storage, mini market, and gaming and media room. The back patio is complete with firepit, grilling station, outdoor bar, tables & lounge seating. A large, glass overhead door opens to unify the patio and lobby together, creating an indoor/outdoor lounge that doubles for entertaining or co-working. Pets are always welcome at The Delmonte and have their own play area.

Pet Policy

We adore our furry friends at The Delmonte and are a pet-friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs. They will love The Delmonte’s special amenities like our Pet Parks, Treat Stations and even fun Yappy Hour events! Plus, we're just a few blocks away from the rolling hills and lush green spaces of Forest Park.
 

Pet Policy:

  • Maximum 2 pets per apartment
  • Sorry, no farm animals, birds, or reptiles
  • Most cat and dog breeds welcome
  • Non-aggressive dog breeds only (see leasing office for restricted list)
  • Animals over 50 lbs. are limited and will be considered on a case-by-case basis
  • All pets must be licensed with up-to-date vaccinations
