I have lived in this building for two years! Honestly, the location is my favorite thing. I love being super close to Forest Park. All of my neighbors are friendly, and the building has a good vibe.

I would just really like to say I have experienced nothing but greatness’s from this place from the leasing office to maintenance they have went over and beyond. I couldn’t have found a better place to call home. I love it here!!!

I scheduled a tour at The Delmonte a few weeks back and I loved it! The tour went amazing, and management was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend.
